Fleas are considered

pests that can be described as small, bloodsucking
parasites which attack mammals, humans as

getting rid of fleas there are certain ways
that are required to prevent flea infestation
including:
1) The first basic preventive measure is to
treat all the areas inside and outside where
your pets sit or roam.
2) Second step is to remove and change all
the beddings of the pet because in this area
there may be large number of eggs that will
be found.
3) If it is not possible to change the beddings
then properly wash them in hot water to eliminate
the flea eggs.
4) Using steam cleaning the carpets is another
way of getting rid of fleas as it can kill
all the life cycles of fleas except eggs.
5) Always consult the veterinarian regarding
using of chemical sprays or topical solutions
for home if there prevails severe infestation.
6) Regularly use vacuum cleaners and add pesticide
powder in the vacuum bag, then immediately
throw the bag away from the house.
7) Also, do not forget to spray or treat your
car if your pet travels with you in the car.
8) Using flea comb is a best option to eradicate
adult fleas from your pet’s body, though
it is time consuming however very effective.
The problems that can occur because of the
fleas comprise that one flea possibly can
rapidly multiply in order to infect house
and life of an individual. Another problem
is flea bites that generally create itching
and skin irritation among humans. Fleas can
also infect the pets by means of tapeworms
and flea bites on pets can also cause an allergic
dermatitis that can result in further hair
loss, infections as well as skin complications.
